After an appraisal period, ODC was chosen over the incumbent developer to redesign and implement the sprweb.com site using a content management system. 

It had to...

• be easy to update
• encourage new members to join and existing members to renew
• have the ability to post events, news snippets and jobs
• feature the latest events and jobs on the homepage

After the site went live, a second phase was embarked upon to enable the society's membership to be managed and displayed online. Now when a new user is added to the system, they automatically receive a membership email explaining how to set up their own password, allowing them to log in and view their details and the membership directory.
